Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Procedure

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels of Legend India Holidays.

  • Cancellation requests are processed only after written confirmation from the Company.
  • Requests received outside working hours (Saturday, Sunday, or National Holidays) will be considered received on the next working day.
  • The applicable cancellation date will be calculated based on the date the written request is received by the Company.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Refunds will be made in the same currency used for the original payment.
  • No interest shall be payable on any refund amount.
  • The Company shall not be responsible for any difference in refund value due to foreign exchange rate fluctuations or bank conversion charges.
  • Refund processing time is typically 14–21 working days from approval of cancellation.

Certain components such as flight tickets, peak-season hotel bookings, permits, or special activities may be non-refundable as per supplier policies. In such cases, supplier cancellation rules will apply.

3. Cancellation Charges & Refund Timeline

Cancellation charges are calculated based on the total package cost and the number of days prior to the travel start date:

30 days or more before departure 75% refund
15–29 days before departure 50% refund
7–14 days before departure 25% refund
Less than 7 days before departure No refund

The travel start date is considered Day 0 for calculation purposes.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14–21 working days.

Certain services (such as hotel peak-season bookings, flight tickets, or special permits) may be non-refundable as per supplier policy.

4. No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to join the tour on the scheduled departure date without prior written cancellation:

  • It will be treated as a “No Show.”
  • No refund shall be applicable.

5. Amendments by Guest

If a guest requests a date change or modification:

  • Approval is subject to availability.
  • Price differences, if any, must be paid by the guest.
  • Amendment charges may apply.

6. Force Majeure

In case of cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, road closures, or other force majeure events), refunds or credits shall be subject to third-party supplier policies and applicable law.

7. Important Note

Legend India Holidays acts as a travel organizer and facilitator. Some services are provided by third-party vendors, and their cancellation terms may apply in addition to this policy.

By confirming a booking, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
