1. Introduction

Welcome to Legend India Holidays. By accessing or using our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

The terms “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refer to Legend India Holidays. The terms “You”, “Guest”, “Client”, or “Passenger” refer to the person(s) making a booking or using our services

2. Scope of Services

Legend India Holidays is a travel agency and holiday organizer. We arrange:

  • Tour packages
  • Hotel accommodations
  • Transportation services
  • Adventure and sightseeing activities
  • Travel-related services through third-party service providers

We do not operate hotels, transport fleets, or adventure activities directly unless expressly stated.

3. Booking and Payment Policy

3.1 Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving a minimum of 25% advance payment.
  • Full payment must be completed 15 days prior to the tour start date.
  • For bookings made within 15 days of departure, 100% payment is required immediately.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept secure digital payments via authorized payment gateways.
We do not accept personal cheques.

All payments are subject to verification and realization.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation must be made in writing via email or official communication channels.

Refund structure:

  • 30 days or more before departure: 75% refund
  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
  • 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14–21 working days.

Certain services (such as hotel peak-season bookings, flight tickets, or special permits) may be non-refundable as per supplier policy.

5. Amendments and Itinerary Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Road closures
  • Government regulations
  • Supplier unavailability
  • Safety concerns
  • Force majeure events

We will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives. Any additional cost due to such changes shall be borne by the guest.

6. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes or civil disturbances
  • Pandemics
  • Transport disruptions
  • Weather conditions

In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be subject to supplier policies.

7. Accommodation and Transportation

7.1 Accommodation

  • Rooms are generally provided on a twin-sharing basis.
  • Single occupancy will attract additional charges.
  • Guests must follow hotel check-in and check-out policies.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.

7.2 Transportation

  • Vehicles are allocated based on group size and package category.
  • Guests must comply with transport provider rules.
  • Any damage caused by the guest will be recoverable from the guest.

8. Adventure Activities and Risk

Adventure activities involve inherent risks. Participation is voluntary and at the guest’s discretion.

Guests must:

  • Follow safety instructions
  • Disclose relevant medical conditions
  • Ensure physical fitness for participation

The Company acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for negligence of third-party operators.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

9. Travel Documents

Guests are solely responsible for:

  • Valid ID proof
  • Passports and visas (if applicable)
  • Permits
  • Insurance
  • Tickets and confirmations

The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from incomplete or invalid documentation.

10. Health and Safety

Guests must inform the Company in advance of any medical condition that may affect participation.

The Company reserves the right to deny participation in certain activities if deemed unsafe.

All personal belongings remain the responsibility of the guest.

11. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Legend India Holidays unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction or misuse is prohibited.
