1. How do I book a tour package with Legend India Holidays?

You can book a tour package by:

  • Filling out the inquiry form on our website
  • Contacting us via phone or email
  • Confirming your itinerary and making the required advance payment

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from our team.

2. What is the payment policy?

  • A minimum 25% advance payment is required to confirm a booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before the travel start date.
  • For bookings made within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.

3. What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Refunds are processed based on the number of days prior to the travel date:

30 days or more before departure 75% refund
15–29 days before departure 50% refund
7–14 days before departure 25% refund
Less than 7 days before departure No refund

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are issued in the same currency used for payment. Exchange rate fluctuations and bank charges are not the responsibility of the Company.

4. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Approved refunds are generally processed within 14–21 working days. Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.

5. Are flight tickets included in your packages?

Flight tickets are included only if specifically mentioned in your selected package. Otherwise, flights are not part of standard tour packages.

6. Can I modify my travel dates after booking?

Yes, modifications may be possible depending on availability.

  • Date changes are subject to hotel and transport availability.
  • Price differences and amendment charges, if applicable, must be paid by the guest.
7. What happens if the itinerary changes?

Occasionally, itineraries may need adjustment due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Road closures
  • Government regulations
  • Unavailability of services

In such cases, we will provide suitable alternatives wherever possible. Additional charges may apply if services are upgraded or replaced.

8. Are adventure activities safe?

Adventure activities involve inherent risks. Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

We recommend:

  • Disclosing medical conditions in advance
  • Purchasing adequate travel insurance

We work only with local service providers, but guests are advised to assess their own fitness before participating.

9. Is travel insurance included?

Travel insurance is not included unless specifically mentioned in the package. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance independently.

Guests are responsible for carrying:

The Company is not responsible for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.
