Itinerary | Kaziranga National Park Safari - 7N/8D

DAY 1 Guwahati/ Jorhat – Kaziranga

On day 1 of the Kaziranga Wildlife Package, our tour representative will pick you up from Guwahati / Jorhat Airport. You will have an assisted transfer to the Kaziranga. On arrival, you will get assistance for check-in at the hotel. The rest of the time is at your leisure. You can take a stroll nearby the resort and bask in the serenity of nature. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kaziranga.

DAY 2 In Kaziranga

On the 2nd day, visit Kaziranga National Park in the early morning. Then, you will proceed for an elephant safari from 5:30 A.M to 6:30 A.M in the western part of the national park. Explore the national park and spot the variety of flora and fauna. You will also find a range of wildflowers, trees, and rich vegetation. It is a paradise for nature lovers and bird waters. After the exploration tour of the national park, you will return to the hotel for refreshments. After breakfast, you will visit the nearby village to spend some time with the locals and learn about their lifestyle. You will also visit the Tea Garden and Orchid Sanctuary. Finally, explore the tea estate and spend time amidst the aromatic plantations. After lunch, you will proceed to the park again to enjoy another round of wildlife safari by jeep. Spend the evening spotting exotic wildlife species and migratory birds. After the safari, return to the hotel. The rest of the time is at your leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Kaziranga.

DAY 3 Kaziranga – Guwahati (200 Kms. /04 Hrs.)

On the 3rd day of the tour, post breakfast, you will check out from the hotel and head towards Guwahati. On arrival, you will have an assisted transfer to the hotel. Complete the check-in formalities and freshen up. Later, you will proceed to the sightseeing tour of the city. You will visit the Kamakhya Temple, one of the 51 Shakti Peetha and dedicated to Goddess Kamakhya. During the afternoon, board the cruise and experience the majestic beauty of the River Brahmaputra. The rest of the evening is free for shopping. You can visit the market on your own and indulge in shopping. You can buy famous tea, handicrafts, Assam Silk, traditional jewelry, singing bowls, etc., from here for your loved ones. Later, return to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel in Guwahati.

DAY 4 Leave Guwahati

This is the last day of the tour. Post breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Guwahati Airport for your onward journey.
