Itinerary | Lahaul Spiti Chandrataal Tour Package – 8N/9D

Day 1: Arrival in Shimla

Arrive at Shimla airport or railway station, the ‘Queen of Hills.’ Meet our tour representative and transfer to your pre-booked hotel. Spend the evening at leisure exploring Mall Road and Ridge, enjoying local shopping and scenic views. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Shimla – Sarahan

After breakfast, collect your bikes and start your ride to Sarahan. Enjoy views of the Srikhand Mahadev Peak. Explore the quaint village and relax at your guest house. Evening at leisure, dinner, and overnight stay in Sarahan.

Day 3: Sarahan – Sangla (107 km / 4 hrs)

Visit Bhimakali Temple in Sarahan before heading to Sangla. On arrival, check-in at the guest house and visit Kamru Village and Kamru Fort. Enjoy stunning valley views and immerse in the local culture. Dinner and overnight stay at Sangla.

Day 4: Sangla – Kalpa (55 km / 2 hrs)

Ride to Kalpa, one of Kinnaur’s most scenic villages. Explore Kinner Kailash Peak, Hu-Bu-Lan-Khar Gompa, Durga Temple, and Narayan Nagini Temple. Witness traditional architecture and breathtaking Himalayan vistas. Dinner and overnight stay in Kalpa.

Day 5: Kalpa – Tabo

After breakfast, ride towards Tabo (3,050 m), a serene town on the Spiti River. Check-in at the campsite and explore the surroundings at leisure. Experience the peaceful Himalayan landscape and local village culture. Overnight stay at Tabo.

Day 6: Tabo – Kaza

Visit Tabo Monastery, known as the Ajanta of the Himalayas. Ride to Kaza, visiting Dhankar Monastery and Pin Valley en route. Explore Kaza town, local markets, and monasteries. Dinner and overnight stay at Kaza.

Day 7: Kaza – Chandrataal Lake

After breakfast, ride to the stunning Chandrataal Lake. Spend the day enjoying the breathtaking lake views, photography, and Himalayan adventure. Return to your hotel/camp in Kaza for overnight stay.

Day 8: Kaza – Manali

Depart for Manali, enjoying the dramatic Spiti Valley landscapes along the way. Stop for photos and short breaks at scenic points. On arrival, check-in at your hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Manali.

Day 9: Departure

After breakfast, check out and proceed to Delhi via Volvo or private transfer. Your Lahaul Spiti Chandrataal tour concludes with memories of the majestic Himalayas.
